For financial-services customers, Mundane will provide a Data Processing Addendum describing how customer data is processed, protected and retained.

Roles

The customer acts as the data controller and Mundane as the processor, processing data solely to provide the service.

Data handling

Data can be processed within your own VPC or on-prem environment. Credentials are encrypted, access is role-based and we do not use customer data to train models.
